Returns & Exchanges

At L'INTERVALLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or accessories aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unworn condition inside the original shoe box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
